WysePDF processes your PDFs locally on your computer. We do not upload, scan, or store your document contents. Optional cloud connections (SharePoint, OneDrive, S3) only move files when you explicitly choose to use them.
If you contact us or buy a license, we collect the details you provide — name, email, and purchase information — to deliver and support the product. The app may send anonymous, aggregate diagnostics to help us fix crashes; this can be disabled in settings.
We use your information only to provide WysePDF, process licenses, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
We rely on a small number of processors (for payments, email, and form handling) who act on our behalf under their own privacy terms. Cloud storage integrations are governed by the provider you connect.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we'll respond promptly.
